Also contained in this latest image release appears to be a site plan for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in red pen markings and contains a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for boat shelters.
